1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless the error is on our part.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us:

Include the following:
- Your order number
- AWB/tracking number
- Reason for return (attach photos if item is damaged)

4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Use a trackable shipping service for your safety.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ohanaearth.com.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently support exchanges. Please place a new order after returning the original item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong or a damaged product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
