Collection: The Lohori Kantha Collection

The term 'Lohori' means waves. It takes several months and sometimes years to create these beautiful wave like patterns on layers of fabrics. Typically each quilt is 4 to 6 layers which imparts the resilience of the quilt. Featured in this collection are vintage Lohoris that are 4 -6 layers and have taken about 2 years to make by an artisan.
